当社は、1989年に香港で設立されたFashion Resources Ltd.をルーツに持ち、2001年に神戸で日本法人として設立されました。子供服・婦人服・紳士服を問わず、アパレルブランドから商品企画・生産の委託を受け、ブランドが求める品質・価格・納期に合わせたものづくりを行っています。

香港を生産管理のハブとして、中国やASEAN各国の協力工場と連携。ニット、カットソーを中心に、商品の特性やロット、納期、品質基準に応じて最適な生産背景を組み合わせ、主に日本市場へ安定的に商品を届けています。

また、香港子会社を通じての直接貿易、品質管理、生産工程の管理体制が整っています。工場を手配するだけでなく、企画、素材、仕様、工場選定、品質管理、輸出入までを横断して支える、アパレルブランドの実務に寄り添う生産パートナーです。

Rooted in Fashion Resources Ltd., established in Hong Kong in 1989, FRJ was founded in Kobe, Japan in 2001 as the group’s Japanese operating company. Across childrenswear, womenswear, and menswear, we partner with apparel brands to transform ideas into products — delivering manufacturing solutions aligned with each brand’s expectations for quality, pricing, and lead time.

With Hong Kong serving as our production management hub, we collaborate with a network of partner factories across China and ASEAN countries. Specializing primarily in knitwear and cut-and-sew products, we strategically optimize production locations based on product characteristics, order volume, delivery schedules, and quality standards, ensuring stable and reliable supply primarily for the Japanese market.

Through our Hong Kong subsidiary, we maintain an integrated structure for direct trade, quality assurance, and production management. More than simply sourcing factories, FRJ works alongside apparel brands as a hands-on manufacturing partner — supporting every stage of the process, from planning and material sourcing to specifications development, factory selection, quality control, and international logistics.
